We hope you love your TrekkaPawz products. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please see our returns policy below.

Returns

• You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• To request a return, please contact us at trekkapawzltd@outlook.com  before sending anything back.

Refunds

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear in your account.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Postage

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• We recommend using a tracked service for returns.
